After speaking with Ian Morton and sons in the North East, this time we’re focusing on the Midlands and Raoul Charmetton who is responsible for Envirocare’s operations in Birmingham South. Based in Kings Norton, Raoul and his team cover the area from the city centre in the north to Reddish in the some and between Solihull in the east and Bromsgrove in the west.
What’s the story so far?
Raoul joined Envirocare in 2012 with zero customers in the area and from a blank canvas has successfully built up a client base that’s now a thriving hive of activity. Working across the board with small single site businesses right through to branches of national organisations he and the team of four are kept on their toes all year round.
What makes Envirocare’s services a cut above the competition?
Providing grounds maintenance to residential & care homes, retail & industrial parks and individual businesses requires attention to detail. Raoul’s team takes the time to understand each client’s priorities; some sites need to be meticulously maintained others need the service to be completed outside normal working hours to avoid disruption. At the end of the day, caring about the quality of the service and delivering with a personal touch goes a long way.
What’s been happening in the area?
Over the past 10 years parts of Birmingham have been transformed as a result of investment in the city centre. Raoul and the team help keep some of the new public open spaces in the city looking tip-top. With lots of development work already under construction, it looks like they going to be kept busy!
