Winter Maintenance Update: Redrow Homes, Manchester
As winter winds down, here’s a quick look at one of our recent projects for Redrow Homes in Manchester.
The focus here was to carry out remedial works for Redrow to complete areas of the site so they were ready to be handed over to the management company.
This included supplying and installing over 30 different species of shrubs and trees, with a mixture of evergreen and flowering varieties to really elevate the green areas of the site. The trees have been planted, tied and staked and ornamental barking has been spread over borders and tree bases.
The end result looks great and will only improve with each passing year as the plants mature. Of course, maintenance will be important to keep the site looking tip-top so we will be visiting regularly for grass cuts in the growing season.
In other news…
The Birmingham depot have a new fleet of vans to keep services running smoothly for the busy period ahead. Keeping our vehicles and equipment in prime condition is a priority so that all services run efficiently and on time.
Time for our team to put all their quality training, first-aid courses and refreshers into practise!
