Envirocare Grounds Maintenance’s commitment to delivering a quality service is supported by the investment into ongoing staff training. Two members of the operational support team – Mick Mann and Stephen Yates, attended a three day Train the Trainer course.
The course, which is endorsed by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) covered a variety topics and considered training styles , communication techniques and learning outcomes. The benefits are already being realized, the feedback from a recent in-house supervisor training course was extremely positive and improved approaches have been made to our new starter induction programme.
